Heart Walk

So many things to post, so little time!

I was invited through work/VCU to join one of VCU's teams participating in the upcoming Richmond Heart Walk. A couple of years ago I signed up to do a similar walk for AIDS in D.C. but for some reason (I don't remember) I ended up not going. On that note, I promise I will do this one! Or rather, God willing and the creek don't rise.

Occasionally I discover things- web pages, charities, people, books, movies, pets, etc.- that I think are important to share. 

Because I'm tired and I just wanted to get my idea initiated (I already have lots of post ideas and have thinking about this all day) I'll just start with the following. A rose from my rose bush. Color: apricot. Smell: wonderful. Lifespan: too short...
